Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Put the diced pineapple in the punch bowl with the curacoa and 1 bottle of white wine, cover, and refridgerate the infusion for 3 to 4 hours. Add the remaining white wine, stir, and top up with sparkling winer or champagne.
