Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Rum - 1/2 oz.
2. Brandy - 1/2 oz. Apricot
3. Pineapple Juice - 1 oz.
4. Cream - 1 oz.
5. Pineapple - 1 oz. Crushed

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Blend all ingredients with 1 cup crushed ice in an electric blender at a high speed for 5 seconds. Pour into a champagne flute and serve.

Serve in a Champagne Glass
