Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Wine - 2 oz. White
2. Pineapple Juice - 2 oz.
3. Carbonated Water - _
4. Sugar - 1/2 tsp. Powdered
5. Orange - 1 spiral
6. Lemon - Twist of peel of

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Put white wine, pineapple juice, powdered sugar, and 2 oz. carbonated water in a Collins glass and stir. Add ice cubes, fill with carbonated water, and stir again. Add the lemon peel and the orange spiral so the end dangles over rim of glass.

Serve in a Collins Glass
