Cocktail Ingredients:
1. Pineapple Chunks - 20 oz.
2. Coconut Cream - 15 oz.
3. Apricot Nectar - 2 cups
4. Orange Juice - 2 cups
5. Rum - 1 1/2 cups
6. Club Soda - 4 cups

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Before combining, chill the juices and soda. Mix together the cream of coconut and the strained can of crushed pineapple in a blender. In the Punch bowl, stir together the pureed mixture, nectar juice, rum. Add soda just before serving. Serve over ice.
