Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Pineapple Juice - 4 oz.
2. Bitter Lemon - 2 oz.
3. Peppermint Schnapps - 2 dashes
4. Pineapple - 1/4 slice

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Carefully mix all the ingredients, together, with ice, in the highball glass. Perch the slice of pineapple on the rim of the glass.

Serve in a Highball Glass
