Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Pineapple Juice - 3 1/2 oz.
2. Lemon Juice - 2 tsp.
3. Bitter Lemon - 3 1/2 oz.
4. Grenadine - 2 tsp.
5. Pineapple - 1/2 slice

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Mix the pineapple and lemon juices together, with ice cubes, in the highball glass. Add the bitter lemon and stir breifly. slowly float the grenadine on top of the drink. Perch the slice of pineapple on the rim of the glass.

Serve in a Collins Glass
