Cocktail Ingredients:
1. Anejo Rum - 1 1/2 Oz.
2. Cream Sherry - 1/2 Oz.
3. Lime Juice - 1/2 Oz.
4. Ice - Crushed
5. Ginger Ale - 4 oz.
6. Lemon - 1 Twist of

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, sherry, and lime juice. Shake well. Strain into a Collins glass almost filled with crushed ice. Top with the ginger ale. Garnish with the lemon twist.

Serve in a Collins Glass
