Cocktail Ingredients:
1. Yeast - 1 oz.
2. Brandy - 4 oz.
3. Sugar - 2 Lbs.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Spread yeast on a piece of toast. Slice the fruit; place them in a large pot and pour in a gallon of boiling water. Close tightly and allow to stand for several days; stir occasionally. Strain out the juice into a separate pot; add the sugar and brandy plus the yeast on toast. Seal and allow to ferment. Strain when ready and store a year before used.

Serve in a Highball Glass
