Cocktail Ingredients:
1. Sugar - 3 cups
2. Lemon - _
3. Lemon Juice - 3 tsp.
4. Ginger Ale - 1.5 oz.
5. Yeast - 1.5 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Dissolve yeast in a few drops of water. Pound the ginger into a powder; combine with a gallon of boiling water. Add the lemon juice and rind, cream of tartar, and sugar, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; add yeast when lukewarm. Close tightly and allow to stand for several hours. Strain and seal tightly in bottles. Store in a cool, dark place.
