Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Sugar - 1/4 oz.
2. Vermouth - 3/4 oz.
3. Champagne - 4 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake first three of recipe, strain into glass and top with champagne and stir once.

Serve in a Champagne Glass
