Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Sugar Syrup - 3 tbsp.
2. Egg Yolk - 1
3. Ginger Ale - _

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake the syrup and the egg together, with ice cubes, in the shaker and strain into the champagne flute. Top up with ginger ale and stir breifly.

Serve in a Champagne Glass
