1. Bacardi Light Rum - 3 oz. 2. Sugar Syrup - 1 oz. 3. Mineral Water - 4 oz. 4. Bols Lychee - 1/2 oz.
Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
put all ingredients except angostura shake with half scoop of crush ice, put inside highball glass and drop 3 dash of angostura on top, and stick the cherry with lemon slice, put on top with sprig of mint leave.
