1. Vermouth - 1 1/2 oz. Dry
2. Creme de Cassis - 3/4 oz.
3. Carbonated Water - _

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Stir vermouth and crème de cassis in a highball glass with ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir again, and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass
