Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Bacardi Light Rum - 1 oz.
2. Pineapple Juice - 1.7 oz.
3. Peach Schnapps - 0.68 oz.
4. Kirsch - 1 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

put all ingredients inside the shaker, shake with half scoop of crushed ice, stick the cherry with pineapple and drop on top the glass with sprig of mint leaf.

Serve in a Highball Glass
