Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Gold Rum - 1 1/2 Oz..
2. Honey - 1/2 Tsp.
3. Powdered Cinnamon - Pinch
4. Lemon - Slice of
5. Tea - 1 Cup Hot
6. Candied Ginger - _

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Heat all ingredients, except ginger, in a saucepan until steaming hot and pour into a warmed cup or mug. Garnish with a large piece of candied ginger.

Serve in a Irish Coffee Cup
