Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Prechill all ingredients and put red wine, cognac, rum, vermouth, and sugar syrup in a chilled punch bowl with a block of cake of ice. Mix well. Add cold champagne and club soda and stir gently. Garnish with sliced orange peels. Makes approx. 40 servings.
