1. Whipping Cream - 0.75 cup 2. Instant Coffee - 3 3. Water - 8 cups 4. Coffee Liqueur - 0.5 cup 5. Bakers Chocolate - 2 6. White Creme de Cacao - 0.25 cup
Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
In slow-cooker, combine hot water, coffee, and liqueurs.
Cover and heat on LOW 2-4 hours.
Ladle into mugs or heat-proof glasses.
Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
