Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Bacardi Light Rum - 1 oz.
2. Bacardi Black Rum - 1/4 oz.
3. Bacardi Gold Reserve - 1.5 oz.
4. Pineapple Juice - 1 oz.
5. Grenadine - 1 splash
6. Lime Juice - 1/4 oz.
7. Apricot Brandy - 1/4 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Blend at high speed, float brown rum , sprinkle a little nutmeg. Rums used : Appleton White, Appleton gold, Appleton Brown/Dark

Serve in a Coupette Glass
