Cocktail Ingredients:
1. Sugar - 2 tsp.
2. Cinnamon - 1/8 tsp.
3. Stout - 12 oz.
4. Water - 2 tsp.
5. Ruby Port - 1 oz.
6. Nutmeg - 1/8 tsp.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

In a beer mug, dissolve the sugar in the water. Carefully pour the stout to give a 1/2-inch head. Float the port. Garnish with the nutmeg and the cinnamon.
