Cocktail Ingredients:
1. Champagne - 4 oz.
2. Green Creme de Menthe - 1 tsp
3. Apricot Brandy - 1/2 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Pour Champagne over the Apricot Brandy. Drops of Peppermint green on top. Place mint over. Champagne has to be a brut one. Chilled well.

Serve in a Champagne Glass
