Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Coffee - 2/3 cup
2. Sugar - 2 tsp.
3. Dark Rum - 2 tsp.
4. Light Cream - 2 tbsp.
5. Whipping Cream - _

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Heat the tea, sugar, rum, and cream together, stirring all the time, but do not let the mixture boil. Pour the punch into the glass and top with whipped cream.

Serve in a Irish Coffee Cup
