Cocktail Ingredients:
1. Peach Slice - 8
2. Cognac - 3 1/2 oz.
3. Lemon - 2
4. Sugar - 4 tbsp.
5. Dry White Wine - 2 bottles
6. Champagne - 2 bottles

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

If the peach segments are very big, cut them in half and put them in the punch bowl. Add the cognac, lemon juice, and sugar, cover, and refridgerate for about 2 hours. Add thw white wine, stir well, and top up the punch with the sparkling wine or champagne.

Serve in a Punch Bowl
