Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Campari - 4
2. Pineapple Juice - 1 cup
3. Coconut Cream - 1/2 cup
4. Rum Extract - 2 tsp.
5. Ice - 15
6. Peach Slice - 4

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

In blender, blend quartered peaches until smooth. Add reamining ingredients except peach slices and blend until slushy. Pour into glasses and decorate rim with peach slices.

Serve in a Highball Glass
