Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Gin - 1 1/2 oz
2. Lime - Juice of 1
3. Syrup - 1 tbs.. Papaya
4. Bitters - 1 dash
5. Carbonated Water - _
6. Pineapple - 1 stick

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water and pineapple stick) with ice and strain into a Collins glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add the pineapple stick and serve.

Serve in a Collins Glass
