Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Gin - 2 oz.
2. Creme de Menthe - 1/2 oz. White
3. Lemon - Juice of 1/4
4. Champagne - Chilled

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake all ingredients (except champagne) with ice and strain into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill glass with champagne, stir, and serve.

Serve in a Highball Glass
