Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Mint - 8 Med Size
2. Simple Syrup - 1.5 tbs.
3. Bourbon - 1.5 oz.
4. Bitters - 0.25 tsp.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

In blender, blend on high for a few seconds, until leaves are reduced. Strain into silver tumbler packed with shaved ice; add more bourbon to saturate the ice; garnish with a sprig of mint.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass
