Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Honey - 1/2 Oz.
2. Dark Rum - 1 1/2 Oz..
3. Dry Red Wine - 1 1/2 Oz..
4. Lemon - Peel of
5. Cinnamon Stick - _
6. Nutmeg - Grated

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Dissolve honey with a little boiling water in a heat-proof mug. Add remainder of ingredients, except nutmeg, and fill mug with boiling water. Top with grated nutmeg.

Serve in a Irish Coffee Cup
