Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Ginger Ale - _
2. Bacardi Light Rum - 1 oz.
3. Dry Sherry - 1 oz.
4. Pineapple Juice - 3 oz.
5. Grenadine - _

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

combine rum, Spanish dry cherry and Galliano, pineapple juice, with a dash of BOLS Grenadine, in a shaker half-filled of ice. Strain into the tumbler with ice. top with ginger-ale. Garnish with a lemon slice.

Serve in a Highball Glass
