Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Cocoa - 4 Oz..
2. Brandy - 2 Oz..
3. Dark Creme de Cacao - 1/2 Oz.
4. Cream - 2 Oz..

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Pour the hot chocolate into an Irish coffee glass. Add the brandy and crème de cacao and stir. Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top of the drink.

Serve in a Irish Coffee Cup
