Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Sugar - 1 tsp
2. Cognac - 1/2 oz.
3. White Wine - 4 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Build recipe in glass with ice, top with 10cl Soda Water and a large cucumber slice.

Serve in a Highball Glass
