1. Water - 1 cup 2. Sugar - 1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. 3. Dry White Wine - 1 bottle 4. Dark Rum - 3/4 cup 5. Lemon Juice - 1
Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Heat the water and sugar together, stirring all the time. Add the wine and rum and heat through again, but do not boil. Ignite the punch with a match and burn off the alcohol. Add the lemon juice to the punch and stir.
