Cocktail Ingredients:
1. Cognac - 1 oz.
2. Sugar - 1 tsp.
3. Cocoa - 1/2 cup
4. Light Cream - 4 oz.
5. Chocolate Shavings - _

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Stir together the cognac, sugar, espresso, and hot chocolate. Reheat gental. DO NOT BOIL. Froth 4 oz. light cream until doubled in volume. Pour the espresso mixture into 2 cognac glasses. Add frothed milk over the Espresso. Sprinkle grated chocolate on top.

Serve in a Irish Coffee Cup
