1. Cognac - 1 oz.
2. Champagne - 4 oz.
3. Pastis - 1 tsp
4. Grenadine - 1 tsp
5. Peach Nectar - 1/2 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake recipe with ice, strain and top with champagne

Serve in a Champagne Glass
