Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Espresso - 3 oz.
2. Irish Whiskey - 1 oz.
3. Coffee Liqueur - 1/2 oz.
4. Irish Cream - 1/2 oz.
5. Vanilla Ice Cream - 1
6. Simple Syrup - 1 dash

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

blend with 4 cups of crushed ice and blend until smooth, pour into parfait glass and garnish with 3 or 4 leaf clover

Serve in a Brandy Snifter
