Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Gin - 1 oz.
2. Bitters - dashes
3. Beer - dashes
4. Creme de Cassis - dashes
5. Orange - Peel

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Pour gin, bitters, prunelle and cassis into a chilled highball glass with several ice cubes. Fill with champagne, stir gently. Twist orange peel over drink and drop into glass.

Serve in a Highball Glass
