2. Instant Coffee - 1
3. Water - 2
4. Condensed Milk - 1 can
5. Rye Whiskey - 1 cup

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Mix the hot water and instant coffee until dissolved. Combine remaining ingredients.

Serve in a Irish Coffee Cup
