1. Vodka - 2 Ounces
2. Light Rum - 1 Ounce
3. Blue Curacao - .5 Ounce
4. Lime Juice - .5 Ounce

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass. Looks like Windex.

Serve in a Highball Glass
