Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Dry Vermouth - 2/3 oz.
2. Ice - _
3. Pear Brandy - 2/3 oz.
4. Sparkling Wine - 3.33 oz.
5. Creme de Cassis - 2/3 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake with ice and strain. Fill up with sparkling white wine. Serve in a chilled glass.

Serve in a White Wine Glass
