2. Lemon Juice - 1/2 oz.
3. Egg White - 1
4. Brandy - 2 1/2 oz.
5. Simple Syrup - 1 tsp.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake well with ice and strain into an old fashioned glass. Add ice.
