1. Dry Vermouth - 1 oz.
2. Brandy - 1 oz.
3. Angostura Bitters - 2 dashes
4. Simple Syrup - 1/2 tsp.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake well with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

Serve in a Cocktail Glass
