1. Vodka - 1 1/2 oz.
2. Cream - 2 tbsp.
3. Sugar - _
4. Banana - 2-Jan
5. White Creme de Cacao - 1 tbsp.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Put all ingredients in blender with ice. Puree until smooth.

Serve in a Favorite Glass
