1. Egg - 1 2. Simple Syrup - 1/2 Oz. 3. Dark Rum - 1 oz. 4. Cognac - 1 oz. 5. Nutmeg - Grated
Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Separate egg and beat the yolk and white individually. Fold white and yolk together, add syrup, and put into a warmed, heat-proof mug. Add rum and cognac and fill with boiling water. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg.
