Cocktail Ingredients:
1. Sherry - 1 1/2 cups
2. Arrak - 1 1/2 cups
3. Sugar - 3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp.
4. Lemon Peel - 1
5. Water - 3 cups

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Mix the sherry, arrak, and sugar together and leave to infuse for a short while. Add the water and heat the mixture, stirring all the time, until the sugar dissloves. Do not let the mixture boil.

Serve in a Irish Coffee Cup
