Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Rum - 2 oz. Light or Dark
2. Sugar - 2 tsp. Powdered
3. Lemon - Twist of peel of
4. Water - 2 tsp.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Dissolve powdered sugar in water in an old-fashioned glass. Add rum and one ice cube and stir. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
