Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Mandarine Napoleon - 1 oz.
2. Strawberry Puree - 2.75 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

mix mint (12 leaves) with calvados and mandarin liqueur (shake). blend up strawberries with crushed ice and lemon juice. pour over crushed ice and garnish with a half strawberry and a sprig of fresh mint.

Serve in a Old Fashioned Glass
