Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Brandy - 3/4 oz. Apricot
2. Cream - 1 1/2 tsp. Light

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Pour brandy into a pousse-cafe glass. Pour cream on top of brandy so that it does not mix. Serve without mixing.

Serve in a Pousse Cafe Cup
