Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Sweet Vermouth - 1/3 oz.
2. Ice - _
3. Whiskey - 2/3 oz.
4. Triple Sec - 1/3 oz.
5. Sparkling Wine - 3.33 oz.

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Add one dash of Angostura. Stir with ice and strain. Fill up with sparkling white wine.

Serve in a Champagne Glass
