1. Lemon Peel - 4-Jan 2. Red Wine - 1 bottle 3. Port - 6 oz. 4. Tea - 1/2 cup 5. Cognac - 1 1/4 oz.
Cocktail Mixing Instructions:
Heat the lemon peel, wine, port, tea, and sugar together, stirring all the time. Do not let the mixture boil. If desired, the cognac can be warmed in advantage and added to the punch just before serving.
