Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Dark Rum - 1 1/2 Oz..
2. Cherry Brandy - 1/2 Oz.
3. Dark Creme de Cacao - 2 Tsp.
4. Black Coffee - 4 Oz.. Hot
5. Cream - 2 Oz..

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Pour the rum, cherry brandy, crème de cacao, and coffee into an Irish coffee glass. Stir well. Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top of the drink.

Serve in a Irish Coffee Cup
