Cocktail Ingredients:

1. Coconut Cream - 3/4 oz.
2. Raspberry Syrup - 3/4 oz.
3. Pineapple Juice - 2 3/4 oz.
4. Lemon Juice - 1 1/2 oz.
5. Light Cream - 1 1/2 oz.
6. Pineapple - 1/2 slice

Cocktail Mixing Instructions:

Shake all the ingredients together firmly, with ice cubes, in the shaker. Fill the highball glass half full with crushed ice and strain the drink into it. perch the slice of pineapple on the rim of the glass.

Serve in a Highball Glass
